As an American Heart Association (AHA)–certified instructor, I provide high-quality, evidence-based CPR and lifesaving training designed to equip individuals, workplaces, and community organizations with the skills and confidence to respond in emergencies.

My approach to training blends clinical expertise, real-world experience, and hands-on instruction to ensure that participants not only pass their course—but truly understand how to act quickly and effectively when it matters most. I create a supportive, engaging learning environment where questions are welcomed and skills are practiced until mastered.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers
• Heartsaver CPR/AED
• Heartsaver First Aid
• Heartsaver First Aid, CPR, and AED Combination Courses
• Onsite Group Training for Businesses, Schools, and Organizations

All courses follow the latest American Heart Association guidelines and include hands-on practice with CPR manikins and AED trainers. Upon successful completion, participants receive an official AHA certification card valid for two years.
